Uji is super underrated

Is this matcha-cheese a thing that i'm too french to understand ? How are we supposed to "drink" cheese ?

It remenbered me when i was in Miyajima in March 2023. I take a "cheese" momiji and choose to fryed (the option was here) because fry + cheese is often a good combo.
Turn out it was only a cheesecake inside the momiji, a good one but not what i was expecting.

How ironic that I was looking for places in Japan to order green tea from last week. I know of a convenience store in town that sells the bottled product that comes from the vending machine. So earthy, but I wanted the leaf and found a supplier there to purchase it from. I have been busy but I consider it a tradition now to see the media that comes from the Christmas lights in Rappapong. Sorry if I misspelled that. I will as always have something to say to your channel at Christmas.I have learned so much from your experiences and travels. Thank you.
