When they say socialism? Like what free money? Like where are these hand outs? My mother has a disability and has been chasing it for 3 years for 800 bucks a month. If it wasn’t for her kids shed be screwed. She also receives a mere 50 bucks a month for food stamps. I’m again unsure where these hand outs are?
ОтветитьPeople are happy to work jobs that pay a living wage. Home depo doesn't pay its workers a living wage. If you paid people more money you wouldn't have any problems.
ОтветитьOk I'll minimize what i buy from hd. I don't buy much from em anyway.
ОтветитьBut we're not socialist, but have a hodgepodge safety net that doesn't really guarantee housing or healthcare for everyone (the essentials, not privileges).
ОтветитьClick Bate! I came here to see a worker getting defected on...
ОтветитьI wouldn’t want to work for Home Depot. The majority of the jobs they create are low level retail jobs. Those aren’t the type of jobs I consider to be long term careers. If anything you work at Home Depot while you go to college, then you get your degree and get a real job.
ОтветитьHaven't walked into a home depot in a long while.... boycotted them years ago.
ОтветитьYou don't like your workers? Get rid of them. We'll see how long you can handle that.
ОтветитьNot to mention the 'he makes a dollar, I make a dime' thing.... is now 'he makes 5 dollars, I make a nickel'. The reality is, you can only run a pyramid scheme that promises 'you can one day be a manager with pay and benefits' for soooo long.
ОтветитьPeople are stupid and unmotivated to do work but it's not socialism and not even socialism, if anything it's "capitalism" if we're joining the word 101 games, which is lazy. It's not easy to make fun of idiots and bad workers and bad incentive structures when I might be accused of siding with these moralizing billionaires who think they're above the endless human drama, probably because they know their money is at risk of higher taxes
ОтветитьEvil's gotta evil
ОтветитьWelp, guess I'm shopping for mulch elsewhere next year.
ОтветитьInsecure billionaire whines about laziness. Projection. Probably delegates every important job to someone else.
ОтветитьAlright, cool. Adding Home Depot to the list of places to tell people not to spend money on. Right there with Chic-Fil-A and Papa Johns (who's ex CEO made similar statements about min wage workers, before his racist shit came to light).
ОтветитьNo war but class war.
ОтветитьBoss made a dollar I made a dime. That’s why I poop on company time
ОтветитьHome Deport treats their employees like sh*te. He's a blood-sucker.
ОтветитьWorkers don't give a damn, because we don't get shit.
ОтветитьWaaaa! Cry me a river, prick 🤡
ОтветитьDefinitely gonna keep shopping at Lowe’s.
ОтветитьUsed to work at one of his warehouses how dare this mf talk shit about workers
ОтветитьIt’s amazing how so many people misunderstand socialism lmao
ОтветитьHe makes no sense because he gets to live in the fake Matrix-world of capitalism because IT WORKS FOR HIM. The rest of us have to live in reality and toil in the Matrix sewers to keep the bots working.
Ответить"future of capitalism is in danger" GOOD
ОтветитьThat's a fake Bernie, what's his real name, nobody call him Bernie
ОтветитьBoss makes a 100 dollar, we make a fraction of penny.
ОтветитьIf there was universal childcare, I wouldn't have had a hard time maintaining a full-time job while raising my two special needs kids by myself.
If there was universal healthcare, my Hypothyroidism may have been diagnosed years ago instead of just a couple of months ago and I may not be so overweight on top of years of suffering with severe depression accompanied by suicidal thoughts.
If there was free public college for all, I may have a doctorate degree instead of just a Bachelor's or I could be continuing my education now to earn a doctorate.
If there was proper free public housing, me and my two special needs children may have never suffered through a period of homelessness.
If there was proper free public transportation, I would have had a way to work last month while my 20 year old Buick was stuck at a transmission shop. But instead, I was trapped at home taking an unexpected unpaid leave of absence. While the bills just keep coming because nothing gets waved while you're struggling through a hard time.
Lazy, fat and stupid are symptoms of a disease called Capitalism that uplifts a few while suppressing the rest.
"Boss makes a dollar and I make a dime, was a rhyme for a simpler time. Now boss makes a thousand while we make a cent, even while most can't afford rent."
ОтветитьBernie Marus, want to test that theory, put a 1 billion mark on you with a weaver to all of "your" legal rights. I do not know the rest of the world but I would be investing in some expiration equip to make that happen! One less capitalist, one rich merc on the planet. Come on, prove and provide proof, you fat cat that we are all so lazy. Put your money where your mouth is. I swear you will be playing expired before dawn before the night is over, it will be the most fun you ever had fatty!
ОтветитьIt would be so easy for one of these hard-working billionaires to prove how strenuous their jobs are if it were actually true. Just stick a camera in the breast pocket of your suit and show us. Except, it's not true. Their idea of running around all day is walking at a brisk pace, sometimes even jogging, between the padded seats of vehicles, airplanes, and offices.
ОтветитьThe time to create the biggest union since the Teamsters is past due!
ОтветитьCapitalist greed killed the motivation to work... well work just hard enough to not get fired
ОтветитьTrump-loving, Israel-supporting Bernie Marcus began his hardware store business, after getting a college degree during the "Golden Age Capitalism" in the '50s - thanks to FDR. He ain't none too smart smart.
Ответить"Uh No you" says a Bengali peasant to Queen Victoria Empress of India
ОтветитьWhat's really amazing is how this guy is so entirely clueless to the fact that he's openly trashing his customers. So much of the store is devoted to personal home renos and such, and even small time contractors. These are all people that he's talking about.
Like ya, the poors are the ones buying your crap, not the rich people. How many multimillionaires, nevermind billionaires is one going to see in the isles of Home Depot.
It’s always people are lazy not maybe oh I don’t know the fact most jobs don’t pay enough considering cost of living is so high and cost of goods is also really high…But keep thinking people are lazy.
Ответить"I make a dollar while my employee makes a dime." That sir is a BOLD FACED LIE! He makes a dollar while his employee makes 0.003.
ОтветитьGotta say the whole saying.." boss made a dollar I made a dime that's ehy I only sh*t on company time"
ОтветитьCEO pay was never 10- or 11-to-1, ever. The most egalitarian it ever got was in 1974 when it was, I think, like 34-to-1.
ОтветитьI'm the only one who sees the article about the 83 year old Home Depot worker who got killed by a shoplifter tho.?? Nobody wants to work tho. 😂🤣
ОтветитьYou could take the wealth of 26 people and DOUBLE the wealth of the bottom 50%.... the poor, the starving, stuck in poverty at no fault of their own. It feels immoral to not do it
ОтветитьGreat stuff Kyle.
ОтветитьHow about this guy work a lettuce field or a or custodian job and we'll see who is the real fat lazy . But really I work one of those jobs I don't we please 13 hour and it's bad enough to live on so what's the use of sticking around?
ОтветитьI work at Home Depot and it’s a great place to work depending on the location. If you get hired at an average to a crappy location then no one will be motivated. The one I work is very good, the managers are super chill, and I never have problems with my coworkers.
ОтветитьYou know how no one "on the left" is actually all that far left? No one, not Kyle, no one questions the assumption that work is the goal. Why the fuck is it okay to expect people to work? We're the most evolved society ever, yet are expected to work the same hours as subsistence farmers/hunters from millennia ago? Why isn't the question, "how much art have you created today?" The goal of work is to have what we need, it is not the goal in and of itself.
ОтветитьHR used to mean human relations
Now HR means human resources
We are nothing but chattel to them!
Sigma. Most Americans are lazy opportunists with no ethics. Why unions are flawed in practice. Large scale anecdote. Need no shtudies. Commies cry.
ОтветитьIf that isn't fucked up thinking, I don't know what is.
ОтветитьThe dominant economic system IS capitalism.
ОтветитьHow arrogant can one man be geez that would piss me the F off
Ответить
