How to Enable WordPress Users to Edit Posts in a Single Category

@PublishPress - What is a user belongs to two categories and is enabled via one category and blocked via the other?

I wonder if this can restrict user to post within the category they're assign for. **Can Department A only post in "Department A" category.??

What’s the difference between user roles and groups? Also is it possible to make a quick video to see it in action? Another tutorial for reading/ editing for specific “users” will help 🙂
