Dealerships will do that! I had to go to mine for a recall and they returned my car first off with a bunch of my car parts on the passenger floor! Then while driving it the following day, I had to call them again since after someone nearly hit me and the horn wouldn’t work, they laughed like it was funny but it was working fine before hand. They wanted to charge me to
fix it, which was crazy to me. I told them to stop touching my car and brought it to my mechanic.
