I would love to see "what I eat in a week" videos! I can't be the only one. Also, I loved the GURWM video you did with Logan. I feel like we get to see your personality more when he is in the videos. 😊🤍
ОтветитьThanks for these tips. I drink kombacha and take probiotics but just learned about Koso in another video I saw earlier and seeing it here again. So maybe I should take that as a sign to buy some. 😅 I have acne prone skin. By the way, my current green tea has probiotics and its is brown not green as you mentioned. 😮
Ответитьwhich lip gloss were you wearing?
ОтветитьHere's something NOBODY has ever researched and talked about: are those plastic jars of kimchi sold in the chilled section of Korean supermarkets pasteurised or are they raw and 'living'? The silly women's magazines and newspaper supplements here in the UK would always recommend sauerkraut for 'gut health' but would neglect to mention that the jars of sauerkraut sold in supermarkets are ALL pasteurised here in the UK. It would be intelligent of these health journalists and editors to emphasise that it's only TRULY healthy if home made. Is this the case with store bought kimchi, and why aren't people making the distinction when cooing over the latest health fads??? I make my own kimchi and enjoy natto with rice, miso, sweet potato, greens and salmon too-- ah but only if Kewpie Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing is mixed into it. Highly recommend this dressing-- accept no substitutes, they're never as tasty. Without the Kewpie dressing natto smells like ground coffee and tastes kind of bitter and bland. I look forward to seeing what fun things you show and talk about during the coming year. Hoping you get to explore cool stuff in Japan pertaining to health and beauty.
ОтветитьI defenetly must have asian genes ! 😃 Cause I also looove Natto ! 💓 And could eat it almost every day if it just wouldnt be so expensive here in Germany & France . Eat and love my Miso soup and Tofu dsily as well ☺. As iam a vegetarian . I can truly say asian way to eat changed my whole life for the better 😊🙏. Thanke you ❤
ОтветитьThanks for sharing all healthy healing foods🙂Cant wait to try it. Please post a video of your grocery shopping videos of these at shop
ОтветитьI enjoyed this video so much I learnt a lot!! I am excited to try the koso drink
Ответить新鮮な納豆が食べたくなりました。
ドイツでは冷凍物しか売っていないので。😅
More of this please!! I truly truly enjoy your videos 😊💖
ОтветитьAre goli gummies sugar free?
ОтветитьWould love a video bout what you eat in a week. I enjoy learning about Japanese food and habits. Thank you for a wonderful video.
Ответить😀😀...love this... always in for Japanese content!!!
Ответитьhow would you describe the taste of natto? is it sour? salty?
ОтветитьI really enjoyed the vedio ,please sheare some recipe that can be made easily
ОтветитьThanks Tina for the great video! Let's keep your gut healthy!!
ОтветитьThank you so much for recommending the Ito En green tea! I'm Australian and I've tried many times to get into the habit of drinking green tea daily but found the brown-green tea most stores offer just so unpleasant I could never stick to the habit. I don't mind drinks that aren't sweet, but I can't do bitter. I thought it was odd that I could happily drink matcha but not green tea, when steeped tea is supposed to be milder. I tried Ito En today and I'm never going back! No more brown tea lol. Thank you so much! ♥️✨💖😊
ОтветитьThank you for sharing all this info❤
ОтветитьVery interesting video, thank you Tina
ОтветитьDefinitely would love a what I eat in a day/week. Also vlogs are great like a day vlog. Thanks for your content!!!
Ответитьsorry if this has already been asked and answered but, I am learning Japanese and I can't for the life of me find the translation for "しちゃいなよ"😭does anybody know?
ОтветитьI wanna see a what I eat in a week and also get ready with me( makeup, hair, outfit), maybe shopping at the asian store in person
ОтветитьI can eat everything but not natto. Please not natto :(
Ответитьfinally ❤
ОтветитьI really enjoyed this video 👏🏻❤these habits fully linked to skin health ✨ please make more videos like this 💕
ОтветитьLove this video I would love to see more of japan food and how to cook it especially the healthy one🥰❤️
ОтветитьI love this type of videos! I've been struggling with hormonal acne over the last year and I've tried quite a few diet changes (vegan for a couple of months now, customised supplements from a nutritionist) but nothing seems to help. I'm 30 now, which makes it even more annoying tbh because I didn't struggle as a teen. Anyway, I'll be trying some of these for sure as I love Japanese/Korean food 🤤 I'd love to see more on inner beauty and gut/hormonal imbalances
Ответитьsuper informative video! will definitely use your miso soup recipe, because last time i tried it wasn’t really tasty 😅 and i heard of natto before but didn’t know what it was until now, would love to try it sometime :)
ОтветитьI don't mind natto- but I do natto like making it ねばねば like dat. I ねばえば stir it that much lol Just dump it onto preferably hot rice and mix it into the rice as much as possible 😅
ОтветитьCan you do a body care video and what products do you use most 💕
ОтветитьHey Tina :) I really like the concept, but please don't contribute to the idea of drinks as a meal replacement/cleansing thing/ diet aid. The weight people lose through it is mostly water weight, and it's not healthy. Detoxing (though you didn't discuss it in detail), also doesn't really have scientific studies to back it up afaik, and your organs do a good job of it themselves ^^
Oh also, I also like collagen powder, it's apparently more effective when put in warm drinks. Highly recommend putting it in green tea, you don't taste it, it dissolves and gets more effective, plus when pairing it with a habit like that it's easier to take regularly.
Not criticism, just worried
Yes please show us what you eat in a day or a week. It would be fun to see .
ОтветитьI remember reading that Natto is also presumably one of the reasons Japanese women are at a lower risk of getting breast cancer.
I loved eating it abroad in Japan as well, but I was literally the only exchange student out of our group of 20 who could stomach it 😄
I never dared to even try natto, even when I was living in Japan. But miso and rice are my ultimate comfort food. Matcha I drink quite often as I practise chadô/sadô but maybe I should try natto....
ОтветитьWaah! Great video and information.
ОтветитьI always use miso paste for udon noodles. It is a dish i can literally eat daily. Autumn is here and it is time for stews and soups, yum yum
ОтветитьMy skin is the glowiest when i’m packing down the veggies and eating my cleanist! I love eating all the fermented things you mentioned. Haven’t tried Natto yet!
Would love to see a what you eat in a week, as well as other Japanese beauty regimens or wellness habits that you incorporate into your daily life
I feel much better that an authentic Japanese girl is lazy like me with miso soup 😂 I kept feeling bad because I’m a lazy non Japanese person and I felt like I was messing up another culture’s food or something by not making separate dashi first
Ответить❤👏
ОтветитьOh yesss! Food diet for beautiful skin 🫶🏻
ОтветитьAs always great video Tina! And my gawd you have 98K followers!! Congratulations 🎉
ОтветитьI am glad that such a wise and ancient culture is so important to food and internal well-being as well as skin care👏👏👏 really my respects👏👏👏
ОтветитьNatto!! Good for K2 and bones (even facial bones!). Mugi cha I feel is good and miso and green tea.
My kids eat natto regularly and husband. I get the tiny packs of 20g each for myself and eat one a day.
I get the miso without the dashi as I’m vegan. My MIL makes her own miso (and I have made my own in the past) and she actually doesn’t use dashi when she makes miso soup so I just copied her.
I have never heard of Kouso before this video. Thank you! But I do drink the 美酢 and I learned about 養命酒 the other day too. I wish it wasn’t alcoholic though 😅
I really wish I could eat natto, but that ネバネバ texture is always a no for my mouth (okura and mountain yam(?) Is the same for me). But it's so healthy and is a good source of protein too!
Ответитьomg no way, this came out the perfect time! my skin been breaking out bc of some less than healthy food choices and i was literally just searching for a video just like this!
ОтветитьI really love kimchi but I think it speeds up my digestion a bit too much because if I have more than a couple of pieces I need to run to the toilet. 🤣😭🤣 I didn't have this problem until I reached my late 20s so I guess my stomach has become weaker now. 🥲 But I enjoyed the recommendations in this video, might try some of the others!
ОтветитьHello my friend very beautiful video thank you for sharing
Ответитьthank you thank you thank you tina for posting right when i got on the train to uni ! best form of entertainment 🤭🫶🏼🥹❤️🫶🏼
ОтветитьI really need to add natto into my diet, especially as I live in Japan! I have tamago kake gohan quite often so I feel like natto would probably go quite well with that!
Also, do you know if 美酢 is similar to 酵素 in effect/benefit? Will definitely look into finding 酵素 but have no idea where to look…but 美酢 (which I think might even be Korean) is in most スーパーs now.
Yum!!! Natto! I'm the only one in my house that eats it, both my fiance and mom gag when I make it or eat it, but it's so good! I think the best way to describe the taste is umami, or sometimes I'll explain it like "blue cheese". It's got that distinctive flavor profile.
ОтветитьThis is such a great video concept Tina! Not many of think about healing our skin internally, but it's just as important as using topical products. Love your videos so much, so helpful!! <3
