Guuurl, you're not being dramatic about how you felt after the spa day. It just shows how levelled up you are on your home-care-routine, how well you know yourself and all the research you've done. Period.

I thought I was the only one who gets stuff done and be like... was it even worth it. But I guess that's why when people find a place they like or a person they like to perform a service they stick with it. Every spa experience is not equal. I legit had a spa massage with hot towels that got cold fast and the tech walked out the room and the ac was on and I was freezing. It was very unprofessional and I was so frustrated because I was trying to treat myself and it wasn't the best experience

Highly recommend trying an Aveda salon next time you’re looking for a spa treatment! I’ve had great experiences there and they only use Aveda products for shampoo/conditioner/styling, so if you’re a fan of their hair products you’ll love it

Girl that sux. I am like u, I'm suuuuper sensitive to anything on my skin. Ive had many experiences just at the salon where i had to go home n rewash n like " destinktify" myself 😂.. And i am a freakin shampoo pro too! I know by the smell n so last time i was really stumped but it felt great so i asked n it was their own " brew poo"😒... made me nervous but worked amazing. Yeh my hubby tried to order me a spa day n i said NOOOO! Way too sensitive it's not a relaxing experience...give me anxiety just thinkin bout it..

It’s only fun for a full day of beauty if you go to a nice bar me stop spa, go to one with a nice Hotel. Best rest EVER! Most salons will not let you film. Most don’t want complaints from the BBB or The state board. Or share secrets we do pay a lot to learn. Just being honest from my experience in the industry. ❤
