With mold-related services having been around for decades, it's very surprising that we have still not perfected the processes. For starters, how does a professional begin performing mold remediation services when the source of the growth has not been identified? While this is not always the case, instances like this occur regularly - at least in South Florida.

Let's look at the corrective action plan for dealing with mold for just a moment. Step 1: Assess the mold and identify what is causing it and the extent of the impact. Step 2: Remediate the mold. Step 3: Return the remediated areas to a pre-impacted position. While this is an oversimplified version of the process, it truly is that simple.
