ОтветитьThough I’m only in my 50s, I have knee osteoarthritis and can’t continue with my usual exercises like HIIT. I’m so glad to find your knee friendly video and love that it doesn’t hurt my knee but still burning my core and body. I love your gentleness and clear instructions and it’s a pleasure to follow. Please can you introduce more knee friendly videos and is there one within 15 mins so I can do every morning before I go to work? ❤
