To be honest I kinda liked S3, And Javi is a good character too but I don’t know if this is the most hated Walking Dead but I’d say Michonne , I mean it was decent, I kinda liked the gameplay than the story tbh.

When you do season 4, it would be cool if you didn't make it obvious what your thoughts are from the title.

So I'm going to disagree with Jane's reaction being extreme.

I actually think it's perfectly in character for her because.

A ) Jane realizes that taking care of two babies is going to make their situation very difficult.

B ) Jane saw how Rebecca died after labor and there's not even a safe way for her to abort the baby.

C ) We all know how Jane feels about dead weight and she probably still blames herself heavily for how her sister ended up and she doesn't want to be the reason why Clementine may end up dead. If Jane dies, Clementine is stuck in an impossible situation caring for two babies all by herself. There's no guarantee that she will be able to survive the birth, and there's no guarantee she'll survive the recovery of the birth so in her head, she's saving Clementine the trouble.

Javier was an alright character. I couldn't sympathize with Javi betting on his games. Javi made his bed, and now he has to lie in it. If I'm going to have a character who has a foolhardy past or made a seriously bad mistake, I'd want for it to be sympathetic, like Lee's past.

kate pisses me off so bad. how she turns on you if you don’t accept her advances and how she chooses a town who tried to kill her and her whole family over gabe and if gabe dies she’s ready to start a new family when she couldn’t gaf about her current family🙃

I feel bad for you since season 3 suffered a lot through re-writes and cuts for example Joane was supposed to be Elanor's mother that she lost in the apocalpyse which explains her betrayal it's her mother, Conrad also being written to being killed off randomly and pointlessly the reason this season sucks is:

1. it disrespects your ending of season 2 with flashbacks by killing off your decision and ignores your decision regardless
2. robs away years of Clem's development we could have played
3. puts us as a random character we have no attachment too or connection
4. the story is very disgusting a brother's wife cheats on his brother and falls in love with him
5. Gabe is a pain in the ass who never learns his lesson always a thorn in your side
6. David is a even bigger pain constantly shovong expectations on Havi while he himself fails at doing them a big fat hypocrite
7. Mariana is killed pointlessly when it hinted at she had development
8. most of your decisions don't matter e.g. save Tripp or Ava both die regardless
9. Jesus didn't have enough screentime
10. whether you cheat with Kate or not David doesn't believe you and attacks you regardless it's stupid

as bad as season 3 is season 4 is a god send that went through production hell you will love the 4th season a fantastic season that ends the story beautifully.

I loved this season because it's different characters and definitely feels more relatable since he's close to my age. Gabe definitely not my favorite but i understood him better because it was like a student back in my subbing days. Annnnnnnnd yeah I somehow managed to get the "best" ending in the game i feel like.

66:00 The writers explained that origianlly Ava/Tripp would have lived but "they didn't want it to feel safe" and that they wanted a death before the end of the episode which is why their death feels so half assed.

Actually season 3 was my favorite. The main contrast I saw was that the characters were related by blood and had a strong bond before the outbreak compared to the other seasons. There were exceptions, David had resentments and clem was an outsider. But it showed the difference of what a mostly healthy family could endure. Many of the interactions were more stable, and if you tried you could have a decent ending compared to other seasons where no matter how hard you tried things always went to shit

This was a terrible game. I had no interest in Javier, how he’s the prodigal son who has an addiction to gambling which makes a riff between him and his family (especially his brother David). I didn’t really care that possibly javier and Kate can be together which can cause issues with David at the beginning and end of the season. I was looking forward to Clem’s intro and was only into the game because of her growth since the 2nd game. We’ve had 2 really dynamic and complex groups for the last 2 games but man, this 3rd game doesn’t do a good job of making me love this so called family that survive literal The Walking Dead. The villains in Richmond are like villains from a pantomime -they are not serious and not complex with no character development especially Joan. The other side characters like the guy with the man bun and Conrad or Javi’s nephew are really simple and 1 dimensional compared to the hot headed but caring Kenny and Jane.

I was disappointed with the whole game.

When season 4 came, I still didn’t have the same connection to the boarding school characters. And Aj… man I wish his parents never died 🤣

Really, I thought it was bullshit. However, it's not as bad as Season 2.

I fucking hate David lol he takes his anger out on Javi way too often and he and Kate should've divorced ages ago. Plus, he was a bad influence on his own son. I'm probably just biased though. (I don't care about the Kate romance stuff either, I can take it or leave it. They didn't know David was alive and it's been years before her and Javi would get together.)

Personally never hated this season, I enjoyed seeing javi and clems dynamic and how her story ties to David

Wow you show very little caring for Mariana, Sure she wasn't a deep character but she was just an innocent 10 year old kid who got such a sudden and gruesome fate. Child deaths are nothing new but this one really caught me off guard. Mariana was just a nice innocent little girl so seeing her fate was genuinely shocking even if she's not the most developed child character

The only thing I liked about Season 3 was Clementine. Imo she is the best Walking Dead character across all media. Comics, TV Show, or video games. The only one that can rival her is Lee.

I have the Definitive Collection, but I'm just not interested in playing Season 4 😒

I dislike all the characters. Ideally Javier and his extended family would have been eaten in the intro and we could have played as someone (anyone) else.

Yeah Kate pissed me off. She would not get the hint until the end. I stuck with my brother through and through. This is a story about brothers and what kind of bond you mold for them. I was pleasantly surprised when he could survive and then shows up at the town again at the end.

There was a lot of things I liked about this story but it does ultimately feel........almost like filler to Clementine's story? Like if you just left New Frontier out, I feel it doesn't really change much of Clementine's story? I don't think it even really gets brought up again in the final season? I do like a lot of the characters (some WAY more then others) but ultimately I feel its kind of just a rehash of stories that were better done in other Walking dead entries.

No, it's really not. I do not like the new Frontier. The voice acting is probably the worst thing about it. The characters are not likeable at all, not even the protagonist. And the art style is, eh. Your point on the second game shows how rage bait like this content is.
