Ответитьguys, if 12 incline is too much for you, please start of with a smaller incline, if you put a lot of effort you will strain your muscles
ОтветитьFinished a 30 day challenge with the 12 3 30 no change in my current diet, just adding this exercise to my sedentary lifestyle. Lost 15 pounds in 30 days. Now this got me more motivated and I am no going on another 30 day challenge with 14 3 60 Will be be on day 40 since I tried this simple and easy to stick cardio routine.

ОтветитьA year later and this video came in so handy, I started the 12-3-30 today and this video came up during my search for something to watch, even though I should have watched before, it gave me some great pointers. I had to slow it down to 12-2-30 and that will be fine at least for the first week. Good job, definitely can notice the difference of your before and after. Hopefully... I can lose 7 lbs before going back home and my girlfriend won't get to see the before of me.

ОтветитьI did it this morning and it is not particularly hard, just boring with no change in speed. I may do it again tomorrow morning but I think adding in speed changes say 3-5/6 is better.

ОтветитьI started last night. I had to start at 10incline but lowered it to 8incline at 2.5 speed. Gonna work up to 12 incline. I felt it this morning lol
