Daizen heavy timber frame with Hutteman panel first try in full scale project (Long version)

Daizen exploring the European innovated glulam panel, 4" wall, 6" roof and 8" floor runs 20' free span, all solid wood. Total of 80,000 bdft of wood fiber used for 3,000 sqft home, total duration to this stage was 5 weeks on first try, can be reduce to 4 weeks in next time. All partition walls included no further work required for finishing etc, ready for insulation and window. Insulation is 4" Steico wood fiber panel.
