ОтветитьWhen you mentioned the cranky voice I knew I had done this workout before! Second time doing this and it was so much easier! 2.61miles easy 😄😄
Update: Jan 2nd did a slower one today 2.50 miles but great workout!
I want to start out by saying I love this channel! It's helped me get back into running. That's why I was a little bit sad with this one, I felt I needed more positive coaching and had to actually stop the video with 10 minutes left and do the rest on my own because I wasn't getting what I needed. I found there was too much focus on "I know this is hard" or "I know you want to give up." Some feedback: spend time telling us positive mantras we can use or focus on the positive -not the whinny voice your daughter does.That part was so distracting and a turn off. Tell us, yeah it's hard BUTTT we do hard things. "How can you affirm yourself in this moment. How are you building yourself up? You get stronger. What can you tell yourself in this moment to keep you going." I want to be inspired and motivated to run. I say this with love and feedback to help improve the channel. I'm grateful for all you do.
