Hello 23andme team,
I'm already tried so many times to connect you about not being able to access my account.
You sent an email about resetting all the accounts for safety issues. However, I do tried so many times to reset my password through your website and through the application but no any reset email received.

I already sent you an email through your website and directly from my email to your email address and I got no response.

Please advise,
