Custard Cake Recipe | Eggless Custard Cake | Tea Time Cake Recipe | Yummy

Ingredients:
Tutti Frutti 2 Tbsp
Flour 1 Tsp
Mix and keep aside.
Milk 2/3 cup ( 157 ml approx)
Vinegar 1 Tsp
Mix, Buttermilk is ready.
All purpose flour 1 Cup
Milk powder 1 Tbsp
Corn flour 1 Tbsp
Baking powder 1 Tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 Tsp
Custard powder 1/4 Cup
Sieve all the dry ingredients and gently mix.
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Oil 1/4 Cup
Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp
Add the prepared buttermilk little by little and start mixing
Add in the flour coated Tutti Frutti and mix
Grease a 7 inch pan with oil.
Place a baking paper .
Pour the cake batter and add a few tutti Frutti on top.
Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 170°c.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°c for 30-40 mins.
