Toshiba CF32H40 1 year update

What display settings are you using to get that kind of clarity out of a PC to a standard def television? I know there's a certain sweet spot where it looks great but I've forgotten what it is.

I neglected to mention before i got the 32" Sylvania, i traded a guy the JVC for a Panasonic CT-27G6 and it was a fail with a dim and noisy picture over every input. Same guy i gave the 20" Aiwa TV to.
