There is some confusion in our understanding between personal chacteristics and when tha person is working as public official, where the latter position expects one to work without fear or favour , affection or ill-will as a requirement of a public official!

India is going to be a big problem inventor in South Asia. They have stolen lands from Nepal and introduced "Bihari" migrants into the country so to interfere from within. We Nepalese still want those "Madhesi" Bihari Indians to be sent back to India. We have zero similarities in terms of behaviour and they have been the major source of headaches for Nepal since their arrival. These people can't be reason with. They claim the land evoking ancient Mithila kingdom which doesn't even exist anymore and they are not natives to Nepal. Its total vulgarity in Nepal right now. Its been flooded with Bihari Indians and anybody can predict in the next 10-15 years, whole nation will be overtaken. The rest of the India should know that.

DYC, as a judge, wrote a judgement, which he can't, you frame an issue, you hear arguments, then ignore that issue in the judgement! That is a judgement, which is " flawed "! He can't write such a judgement. Some scholars should examine how he sabotaged and betrayed the Constitution of India in his judgements !!
