So what's an old man with mobility issues, plus hindered ability to physically defend himself supposed to do if threatened with physical violence when the unarmed potential attacker starts approaching?

I'm over age 70, and have 2 artificial knees (I can't run). I have 2 artificial shoulders plus severe arthritis in my hands (I can't fight to defend myself).

He said, "I'm going to beat the crap out of you". I believe him. Do I have to wait until the physical attack actually starts and he starts injuring me? At that point, I might not be able to draw my gun. I'm also fearful that the attacker who is right there would take it away and use it on me.

If he knocks me to the ground, with my bad knees, I would have difficulty getting up (at least not quickly). He could smash my head into the pavement. He could kick me repeatedly. He could easily cause serious bodily injury or death.

What should I do to protect myself?

Just watched your “shoot the leg”/responsibility to render aid. Might look at the famous “L.A. SHOOTOUT” and what happened to the detective assigned to stand watch over the second suspect shot by the SWAT officers that responded from the academy. The first suspect had committed suicide by that point and the second was shot by the swat officers when his vehicle was disabled. That detective was held responsible for the second suspect’s death when paramedics didn’t render aid for fear the suspect might be booby trapped

I know striker fired pistols are popular. They have lighter & more consistent trigger pull. I've read if you have to shoot in a defensive situation & charged, the prosecution or civil suit lawyer will make it as though you didn't intend to shoot, it was accidental & there fore negligent. More gun owners are going back to double action only or double/single action. Can you address if this is the case?

Question for y'all. On its face the "Safe Travel" provision of the FOPA protects people travelling from one place they can legally carry to another, but it seems to presume you are travelling by automobile. What if someone was hiking cross country, say hiking the apalacian trail from Georgia to Maine, or vice versa. Say they can legally carry in both of those states and several other in between. Could they be covered by FOPA crossing NY, NJ, etc. if their firearm was unloaded in a lockbox, say at the bottom of their backpack?

Can't really find a place to ask question and it already may have been answered so here goes. What keeps any government from using "Eminent Domain" from seizing firearms and compensating owners in the interest of the "public good". There was a case in TX where cops shot up a woman's house to extract a felon and wouldn't pay for the damages. Her lawyers used "eminent domain" as legal tool to get compensation. She won. Doesn't this open a door to a slippery slope.

Why aren’t there restrictions on so called journalists for each state such as restrictions on the 2A? Shouldn’t they be required to background checks and registering to each state? Freedom of the Press vs Shall not be Infringed? Which one is more dangerous?

Can you do a video covering misdemeanor offenses that make a person a prohibited person from owning a firearm. I keep hearing that it is only domestic violence offenses. When I look at what the actual law says it covers all misdemeanor offenses that carry a sentence of one year in imprisonment and 1000.⁰⁰ fine. It doesn't matter if you weren't arrested and didn't serve any jail time and got probation. The only thing taken into consideration is what the offense charge calls for.

If I should happen to carry with FMJ, which is commonly considered a round designed for penetration/pass-through, instead of JHP, which is commonly considered a round for internal expansion and "shopping power" for the targeted person only, could that be used against me, to, for instance, claim I was being negligent or reckless?

why are pistols with braces or stocks still NFA SBR weapons? There is historical precedent for stocks on pistols. Colt third model and Colt Model 1860 both had detachable stocks. The Broomhandle Mauser (now classified as a curio and relic) and High Power had detachable stocks as did the Luger. It would appear the entire SBR NFA regulation could be challenged re this historical precedent.

You need to work on the lighting...it's the same strength on both sides, which makes you look flat. Try lowering the lumen on one side

Here is my problem I was there a few weeks ago and I was surprised to discover that they had place a moveable sign in the food court in the middle of the mall posting a 30.06 and 30.07. My issue is that I was under the impression that these signs have to be posted in all public entrances. Am I correct or is the sign fully legal?

I just bought brand new "Posted" signs because of your video but it's been too hot to go around my property and put them up yet and take down my "funny no trespassing" signs. Now, I don't know if you answer "what if" questions on your comments but it might be an idea for a video. What if a law abiding gun owner in Texas who even has an LTC carries a pistol in his glove compartment but he lets his 17 year old son or daughter drive the car and the kid gets stopped for some traffic violation. Will this kid be in trouble because of that pistol in the glove compartment? No, it hasn't happened to me but I was watching "On Patrol, Live" and something similar happened. Thanks for all you do.
