A versatile and healthier alternative to regular bread, these buns are rich in protein, fiber & nutrients like calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, and B vitamins. They’re also gluten-free.

Method:
- Rinse & soak 200 gms masoor dal
- In a blender, add the soaked masoor dal, 200 gm isabgol, 1/2 tspsalt, 60 ml water, 1 1/2tbsp olive oil, 1/2tsp baking soda, 1/2tbsp lemon juice (baking soda & lemon juice to be addd in the end as shown in the video)
- Grind into a smooth batter
- Shape the batter into balls using your hands
- Dip into a plate with mixed seeds (as shown in the video)
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 mins at 200*c and enjoy!
