I quit playing Overwatch when I realized the only OBESE character in the game is a man, and he is modeled as a PIG.
This is not only SEXIST, but it's absurdly disgusting in contrast to the supposed "inclusive" environment at Blizzard.

How dare Blizzard call overweight men PIGS... ???

We have become so used to being left behind in the compassion and sympathy department, that we just accept the HORRIBLE jokes.
Can we PLEASE imagine an OBESE female character in a game, modeled after a pig or a cow?

It's time we speak up for all those who don't feel strong enough to speak up for themselves.

How many large men or boys suffer from depression?
How many harm themselves, especially for being overweight and for name calling by bullies?

It's time to put an end to this disgusting portrayal of discrimination and bullying once and for all.

Random thought, but what if they kinda reverted the shotgun change, but still kept it as only one click? Like; hog does a left click, then the normal shot comes out and the old right click comes out just after

I feel like what they should do is remove fall off damage at least the 4 larger pellets would be a bit better at range

I haven’t played in a long time but why tf rework on Roadhog? His playstyle was fun already, and I don’t think it was that broken, before some nerfs did their job why not now instead of rework?

I have gotten used to right clicking b4 I throw my hook out as part of my combo to confirm kills, new hog shotgun just makes it easier and more consistent to get that pre hook poke in.

Feel like it would be pretty cool if Roadhog could grapple friendly's

I really like the combination of primary and secondary fire. Pigpen is a nice addition too. There's actually a lot of ways to use it if you get creative. The self healing working like bastion's self repair is nice, but it feels like it doesn't do enough to keep him up if a fight when compared to other tanks. It also doesn't help that it takes 12 seconds to fully recharge, but I found that taking shorter puffs helps with that.

Watching the video, you aren’t using Pigpen enough which helps confirm so many kills! But it’s your first game! So gotta get used to it.

Once you get used to using Right click to Heal, and don’t accidentally click E (I was doing the same thing). Hooking people into pig pens feels great too. Once you adjust, I promise you this new Hog feels great! Way more flexible, and strong!

I think his trap is bugged with that boop that sends them out of the range of the trap. Also yes I noticed Hog is shorter now as well, when you have two hogs in the match its really obvious he is shorter now for some reason

why is right click removed as if we had an issue with it

Trap is up every 12 seconds, hook is up every 6 seconds.
Hooking into trap is essentially a guaranteed kill, so he has a kill off hook every 12 seconds and a hook for cc every 6 seconds. Take a breather now has zero cooldown, but instead is a resource management ability.
Hog's place in the game hasn't changed at all- he's fat dps with reliable cc and strong self-healing. The only thing that really changed is giving him back the easy one-shot while reducing the frequency of it, without nuking his hook cooldown into the ground.

This Re-work feels more like nerf lol

Tracer's health is 150, pigpen's damage is 60 + 30*3 = 60 + 90 = 150, it should kill her, but either you're right and the CC is making them take less damage even when they were on the ground not even walking or (I believe it's karq that said this) it does one tick less damage than normal

I'm going to get back to Overwatch and forget about the rework and heal myself trying to use secondary fire

Hot take - All tanks should get armor and shield HP. Also, armor / shields should be unique to tanks.

So we just gonna skim over the fact that durring the beginning of the episode Roadhogs hp was 550, but during a QP match it was 700??? Is that an actual thing or did i not read the update notes correctly?????

You can one shot combo with the Pig Pen though. Aka, he is still the exact same nightmare..

Oh and btw, they are buffing his healing.. yeeeyyyyy..

The fact that you can heal 300 hp and wait a few seconds for it to recharge and heal 300 hp again immediately is just bullcrap already. So the fact that Blizzard wants to BUFF HIS HEALING makes me wanna jump off a bridge.

I changed my controls so heal is the same thing, I kept throwing my mine when I was about to die. Fun fact, that issue killed me about 12 times.

After YEARS of alt firing from range with hog it just feels so wrong now to use primary fire

I got to be honest as a long time hog main I very much dislike the heal change. It fells like I have to stay out of the fight too long for it to be meaningful and then stay out longer to let it come back. I also hate the deal of the gun changes. It just feels wrong and inconsistent when i shoot. But I hope that will go away with time. Overall I give this rework a 7/10 not worth the delay

For the key binding, I have a suggestion. This is just an idea and it would take some getting used to, but how about hook on right click, trap on e, and heal on shift?
