Eat
1. Green leafy vegetables. You can include orange colors vegetables too.(carrots for example)

2. Citrus fruits (rich in vit.C)
guavas..etc.(eat natural fruits)

3. Whole grains
Wheat, oats, etc.

Onion, garlic, orange or grapefruit slices and honey. Bring the onion, garlic and citrus slices in a pot with good water. Once boiling turn off heat and let sit for atleast an hour. Drink warm not hot. Strain and pour in one cup and add honey to taste. This will break up the mucus in the chest and you will be coughing it out. The mucous needs to come out of the body.
