Amazing video! Can you needle the ready medical during treatment? Or is ready medical specifically used for after treatment?

Love the video! I just wanted to ask if you can use this on the neck and the back of the neck? I have some lines on my neck reaching in the back, it's faint but I'm hoping this can remove it.

Also just wanted to ask I use Retinol.. Is there any precautions that I need to take before booking an appointment for this?
