When you end up having more injuries in your body than you did before the injury.... it happened to me! I quit going after last week when I felt a shock in my neck from my last adjustment and then screaming in agony on and off throughout the night and didn't sleep for 24 hours and had heart palpitations where my dad almost called 911. Never again! They want you to come three to four times a week and then you still have to do a copay and that is way too much money for someone that is not even working because of an injury but it did more harm than good for me!

Note to all: I am not a medical professional, but I'm gonna speak from experience. I had injured my back playing high school football. I saw a doctor who wanted me to see a chiropractor before taking more severe action and the chiropractor said they could fix me. I went 3x a week as recommended for 2 years and I'd sometimes get temporary relief but never lasting. Finally saw another doctor who said that there was no way a chiropractor could fix what was wrong with me. Be cautious of the claims of chiropractic. They'll tell you for years they can fix you bc they're getting paid to treat not fix you.

There are two beliefs that tell me I won't get along with someone. Unironic belief in horoscopes and genuine belief in chiropractors.

The first time I went to a chiropractor he was a prev. I was maybe 17 at the time and he was checking the alignment of my spine my flicking my butt and staying in the area the longest. He also checked my sternum and seemed very pleased to be over top of me. Terrifying experience and he hurt my neck.
