Bro 3g feature phone call quality is better than 2g feature phone? Or both are same??

Great video... Now I know you said that this call flow was for two devices that are using the same network provider.. but now at what point in the call flow does it check this? If the users were in two different providers, say one is AT&T and the other is Sprint, , where in the call flow does it need to then "Split" and send the call request to the other provider's network?
