Favorite song by them hands down. Saw them live about a month ago and got to meet them. Nic is such a great guy but I saw the pain in his eyes when I first met him and it made sense to me why he writes what he writes, he battles depression and anxiety like I do. They really put their heart into their music but with a heavy and most devastating sound of instruments.

(sorry for my bad english in advance) I cant quite explain what or how, but I somehow just feel how to song matchess the Video. This inner conflikt between her and the thing that only haunts her in her imagination, a Masked evil, that she does not understand. And then the fire maybe symbolizing how she finaly bruns down what makes her suffer... an then the song following her journy, its just a outrigth masterpiece.

I love this song, it's awesome in every single way, but the elephant in the room needs to be adressed somehow... The Interstellar-part. It's not just similar, it's the exact same melody. All that needs to be done is to credit the original somehow, then it's fine as an awesome interpetation!

This is my interpretation of the video.
The girl in the video being lost in the dark woods is symbolic for being lost in life and struggling with depression. She is lost in the dark forrest of her own mind and she can’t find her way out.
What she does is trying to outrun her own demons which only leads her further in to the woods, further in to the darkness and depression. Burning her clothes, symbolizing her trying to make changes to herself but she is only changing the surface. Inevitably her demons catch up to her and she is thrown i to the deepest, darkest pit of depression. She stops to fight it and just stumbles around aimlessly in her misery. Then all of a sudden someone reaches out to her and she sees light in the darkness. She regains her spirit and will to live and makes her way out of the pit of despair. She is now able to find her way out of the woods, leaving her demons and depression behind not looking back.
