Hi, how can I get the floor plan for this home? I’m in Thailand.

This would make a good vacation home or a B&B in a milder climate. It lacks storage for full-time living, and others have commented on the makeshift placement of the laundry machines. With a bit more square footage, both problems could be remedied.

Where is the oven and the microwave? Also, the laundry outside is not good. Lack of storage even for one person.

I expect the designer is inexperienced as there are numerous missed opportunities for increased storage, which is the first priority for tiny living. Especially noticeable is placing the washer/dryer stack outside on an exposed extended deck. If you are going to extend the footprint that much anyway, the area should be enclosed. I think it’s more common in Asia for laundry appliances to be placed outside on very confined balconies or porches, but regardless, when housing is that tight, secure, accessible storage should always be the first consideration.

Cute but I would want less porch and more house. We have long very cold winters of -30-40 C

I like the design of the inside the master bedroom. If this house is for one person other than Storage, it’s nice in the living room is very tiny.

The house is beautiful. Closets and storage need to be added. The washer and dryer should be inside near the bathroom. I love the porch!😊

If the shower was half of the size it is now, you could put the washer and dryer on that wall. I love the design but there needs to be more storage space/closet space and that could be achieved by bumping out the house just enough to add that on the wall that connects to the large porch.

The issue with having washer and dryer exposed to elements is that not only would it rust , critters would love to get to the wiring and also make rat nests… no thanks.

Enclosing the washer & dryer with in a small mud room could also create small storage wall. Overall it’s a beautiful small space, I would make it work.
It’s Amazing how much we have & don’t need. The large porch equals happiness. A good book & sweet tea is all one needs to enjoy it.

I'm not sure about this one. There is no storage, no closets, as mentioned before, I really dislike the washer and dryer outside. It would not work where I live.😮

Tiny house for your eyes only not for everyday living.

Nice design but a couple issues. W/D isn't cheap these days and should be inside. Swap some outside space for inside. Large deck area is great for warm climate areas and not multi-season. Better to have area you can use full year. Surpised at low starting price.
