What about a re-re-revisit for the entire series? Season 1-8??

Jamie is right about Sansa probably being the safest in kl with Tyrion as her husband because her parents and her older brother are all murdered, they know nothing of her younger siblings and he knows that Lysa Arryn is not the best woman, like when Cersei points out to lf that after Lysa's death when he calls her kind, she calls him out on his bs and tells him that she was neither of those things. Ofc, Jamie is still not fulfilling his vows, he could confront his family about their monstrosity but he doesn't because he's back in his comfort zone, with no terror looming near. What bugs me the most about him is when people say that he's a great guy and what not is that, he decides to stand with his family day after day even when they're all horrible. He was supposed to protect Elia and her kids but he never confronts Tywin that they could have been imprisoned instead of being killed. Ned Stark was absolutely right, he served when serving was easy, that's literally all he does until he meets Brienne.

This episode is a masterpiece. It has my favorite scene with the Hound in the tavern haha. I also love how Tyrion tells Tywin "...and Walder Frey gets all the credit, or all the blame, depending on where your allegiance lies." Hell of a season premier.

I always thought it was essential that Daenerys spent so much time trying to rule in Meereen. It's a chance for her to get some real practice being a proper Queen before heading to Westeros to try doing it for real, like she wants to so badly.

People complain that it's a complete waste of time, that she's "spinning her wheels," for multiple seasons, but I disagree with that sentiment completely.

If she'd have set sail for Westeros while her Dragons were young, like after leaving Qarth or somewhere around then, she'd not only have most likely failed as a ruling Monarch in King's Landing by the 6th or 7th season, she probably wouldn't have even made it into the city to begin with.

It wasn't until after she had acquired her Army of Unsullied, her mounted Dothraki "Cavalry" and company of Second Sone sellswords, her Dornish and Ironborn Westerosi allies who helped her get her fleet of ships and her three full-grown Dragons that she was actually ready to set sail.

But most importantly she needed to actually LEARN how to be a Queen, not just a conqueror, for any of it to even matter in the first place.

And that's the opportunity she's given in Meereen, whether it took her a couple seasons to get ready or not.

Hell, she didn't even have her loyal Dothraki Hordes or fleet of ships until the end of season 6. So, all the pieces hadn't quite fallen into place yet anyway. That's not "spinning your wheels" in my book, that's making DAMN certain you're actually ready before taking that first step.

Because if you're not, all that hard work and preparation is meaningless. 👍😊

Haha uncle and nephew, true..
But let's see, Egg, Jahaerys, Aerys, Rhaegar, Jon.
So since Aemon is Eggs brother, he's Jons Great-Great-Uncle haha, in the books at least.
The show cut out Jahaerys, to make Aemon a little closer, so no he'd be his Great Uncle.

Eggs daughter was King Bobs grandma too, so it makes that work a little more recently

I hate to be this guy, but you wouldn't cast a sword, which is what melting steel and pouring into a mold is. Swords are forged which takes hammers and anvils and shaping an ingot into a sword. A cast sword would break in no time.

Tywin won the War of the Five Kings because Edmure Tully neglected to follow orders and allow Tywin to pass through to the west where there was a trap awaiting by another great military mind, Brynden the Blackfish Tully.. So this maneuver left Tywin with no choice but to move south and , as fate would have it, meet up with a Tyrell army from a deal Littlefinger had struck with the Tyrells allowing Stannis to be attacked from behind and losing the Blackwater. Now Robb was left with a great numerical disadvantage and no help coning from the Eyrie had no choice but to retreat and drive the Ironborn out of the North. We know he never got his chance.

I wouldnt call Oberyn an enemy of Tyrion, Oberyn Seemed to be on of the few in the show that doesnt hate people for no reason, I can see him hating lannister soldiers if it was lannister soldiers with the mountain when The mountain killed his sister. But He never seemed to have any animosity towards Tyrion.
