I've oily skin and I'm in my early 30s. I use tretinoin 3days a week. I love it.
ОтветитьIs retinol carcenogenic?
ОтветитьPls let me know what is her name?
ОтветитьI have been using retinol for over 3 years now, you dont need it everyday, just 3 days per week gives the same result and another precaution that I feel she should have added here is that one should avoid using retinol when trying to conceive, in pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
ОтветитьMy skin is also Dry and sensitive... I can't use any cosmetics on my face because it burns
Ответитьjust like my mom...strict,effective straight to brain❤😂thank you dr.shetty.

ОтветитьHer Hinglish accent 😅 with so much of stress on Rrrrrr...😂
ОтветитьRetinol from Loreal Paris is great and removes the acne scars. But use some moisturizer with it. It literally peels of the acne skin. May show reddishness for some day. Once acne removed. Stop using it unless acne returns. Also body or face wash with salicylic acid for daily use and retinol on acne areas only. For dandruff use Nizoral or shamoo with ketokonazol in it.
ОтветитьThanks.. this is soo much information!!
ОтветитьMuch needed video. Thanks ❤😊
Ответитьy is he listening like he is having exam tommorow
ОтветитьI have never heard a dermatologist give such a shabby, half-true explanation for anything.
ОтветитьI've been using tretinoin and it suits me pretty well and it gave me a glow overtime. And yes, apart from that I moisturize my skin frequently and sunscreen is a must. At nights I layer my skin with vaseline. Genetics play a major role too.
ОтветитьVery nice
ОтветитьI have acne prone skin but it's dry and sensitive. Should I use retinol or not? I already use Klair multipeptide serum and it suits me

ОтветитьNice Product but my best choice is Gandhak Rasayan, Dermo Plan Syrup, De- Grease Face Wash its result was awesome. 100% natural Herbal product and it recommended by Planet Ayurveda..
ОтветитьBut her own skin is not that….
ОтветитьIt's very easy to give half knowledge without giving any proper solution, which she did, here's the complete truth:
1) A lot of people apply hyaluronic acid directly on dry skin, which over time leads to more dryness. SOLUTION: it should be used on WET skin or over a water-based moisturizer. It's the best thing a dry-skinned person can use if used properly.
2) Retinol does not make your skin thin, it's a myth!! instead, it thickens the skin overall by promoting collagen synthesis, which is essential for maintaining skin thickness and elasticity in the long run. Retinol only makes the topmost layer of your skin thin, which is basically dead skin. SOLUTION FOR DRY SKIN PEOPLE: Use the sandwich method and apply a low percentage of retinol (0.2-0.5) moisturize thrice a day over wet skin!
The information I shared here is evidence-based, and based on what leading dermatologists suggest, I have also personally tried these methods and they worked. Retinol can be used in low percentages by everyone except pregnant mothers, but it's best to consult dermat once, while hyaluronic acid is completely safe to be used by ANYONE.
Thanks for the information because l use retinol & I’m happy when I heard that it is good for oily skin 😊💐
ОтветитьVery very informative maam
ОтветитьSame my skin cannot tolerate retinol. My skin is thin, sensitive and combination skin .
ОтветитьVery simple. Always consult a dermatologist before using anything...
ОтветитьYou should get Dr Vanita Rattan.
ОтветитьHylyoronic acid is the best for dry skin. Browse to know more. She might have misunderstood it as Salycilic acid.
ОтветитьHer patience level is very low
ОтветитьAmezing
ОтветитьI’ve been to this doctor. Stay away from her. She will make sure you spend 16k minimum on products and treatments you didn’t go for in the first place. She gave me wrong advice based on my blood test. She is an extremely clever doctor with a MBA, the clinic extorts money in a sophisticated way. STAY AWAY she doesn’t know what she is doing.
ОтветитьI use adapalene gel and it has worked nicely.. Key with it is patience and yes sunscreen
