They also have a Twin peaks there! It's a fun mall especially at night in the summer.
ОтветитьBuckcherry at a shopping mall. 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьNice comparison on the Movie Channel logo. I haven't thought about that in quite some time.
ОтветитьWhat a nice big mall. Looks like all the malls here in SoCal. Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego is nice too. A nice 2 story outdoor mall.
ОтветитьWhat a fantastic mall! I loved every second of this.
Ответитьcould you please check out The Shops at Palm Desert in Palm Desert, CA
ОтветитьI had to look to see if there were 99 cent only stores in Tempe. Apparently they are closing all their stores. Their produce usually had fruit flies.
ОтветитьWhere are you?! Missing your new vids!
ОтветитьIs second channel dead? No new uploads
ОтветитьI love that the last line of your video is 'elon can suck it.' if i had money i would super thanks you for that. ❤
Ответитьi love powerman 5000!!!
ОтветитьOnce the Penzey spice store left we haven't had much of a reason to go there.
Ответитьgreat video as always. i liked the old intro better.
ОтветитьDISCO HORSE
ОтветитьThis video has so much that I would have missed if I hadn't seen the Twitter post with the link. I really love Fountain Cam! Stroll and Sip is a great concept and the quick Segway into the old Wilford Brimley "Diabeetus" commercial. Ol' Mr. Brimley would have gotten high blood sugar just looking at the candy store. I would have bought several packs of the candy cigarettes and a I Love to Fart mug. I just may have to watch it again. 😀 👍
ОтветитьPlease do go back at night. I’d love to see what this place looks like with all the lights on.
ОтветитьI'm usually not a fan of outdoor malls at all, but that place looks awesome... Especially the gulp n stroll.... er... well, you know. ;)
ОтветитьTempe Marketplace is definitely the nicest outdoor mall in the phoenix area. I attended a few concerts here but the audio is pretty bad overall. I Went to superstition springs mall today and a bunch of stores are now closed including the large RC hobby shop a few food court shops that were open just a few months ago.
ОтветитьI love your content man, got me addicted to urban exploration and abandoned American buildings.
ОтветитьWho is the old guy that appears on the door after the sugar daddy comment? Love the video
ОтветитьThis is my favourite channel on yt.
ОтветитьBeen there several times but i had no idea there was a mall. Mind blown.
ОтветитьLooks like Wrentham Outlets in MA if people still gave a shit.
ОтветитьAt the end there I thought he was gonna cut to that gopro great white footage when he put the camera underwater
ОтветитьHold the phone, there's a pirate escape room there?
ОтветитьI'm noticing a lot of malls starting to come back to life in my area, especially the two outdoor malls that look exactly like this one. I not only credit it to the new trend of beautifully decorating the exteriors with plants and water features, but I also feel the waning quality of online shopping is giving brick and mortar credibility again. Man, online shopping last Christmas was ROUGH, I'm looking forward to a nice Christmas sip 'n' stroll finding charming puzzles and toys for the kids.
ОтветитьWe have an outdoor outlet mall here in Houston .. it’s brutal in the summer.. I used to live in AZ .. this mall would be horrible to walk around in July when it’s 115 outside.
ОтветитьWe love Tempe Marketplace. We go there every month or two. The Greek Restaurant is delicious if you enjoy Greek.
ОтветитьI agree about the outdoor style malls in SoCal, this place looks rad as well. Keep up the solid work.
ОтветитьDude! I lived in Tempe for five years and had completely forgotten about Tempe Marketplace.
I used to ride my motorcycle down there and eat at the Yogi’s Grill there all the time. I remember one January (I think it was 2017?) when we got all that rain and it turned the desert green. I went down to Tempe Marketplace while it was raining and sat next to that fireplace one morning and did a lot of writing.
I’ve got a lot of good memories of Tempe Marketplace. Thanks for reminding me of the good times.
LOVE Tempe Marketplace ! I am in South Scottsdale so I go down there quite a bit. They have a Great Variety of shopping down there. The Wilford Brimley ghost in the Sugar Shop made me Giggle ! Great job on this, I enjoyed viewing it ! 😊
ОтветитьDi-a-bee-tus!
ОтветитьI am glad you had a nice time at the mall!
ОтветитьI lived down the street from Tempe Marketplace for a couple of years. It’s really nice, but the outdoor mall concept just doesn’t work in the Phoenix Metro area. Maybe it’s because I didn’t grow up there, but when it’s 120 degrees out I really don’t feel like doing any strolling.
They let kids play in that jet fountain that you see in the end of the video, so that’s cool. They do what they can to help you beat the heat, but you really only want to go there at the end of the day.
I went on a date here back in 2018, he broke my heart lol
ОтветитьDefinitely a place i would love to visit. I’d spend a day there.
ОтветитьLooks like a really nice place. 6pm closing? That's a first! I would have thought at least 8pm. All of those water features are a rarity today - enjoy them! My only critique would be that, as you said toward the beginning, it feels like California. If I were a tourist coming to AZ to shop I'd be disappointed that this marketplace looks exactly like what I find at home in Southern CA. I would immediately think about all those plants and how they're going to survive in Summer. I guess they have it figured out but it would be nice if they didn't just lift & shift a CA design and plop it down in AZ.
ОтветитьThe Mall Was Beautiful!! Much Like Our Malls In San Diego🌴I Would Love To See You Go There During The Holidays. Thanks!! 🌈
ОтветитьThat outro was amazing 😂
ОтветитьThis video was super interesting to see! I've never seen a Tempe Marketplace before but as a Colorado resident I'm pretty sure we don't have one. We do have a few outdoor malls/shopping strips though. We also have the Park Meadows Mall which is very surprisingly always busy! I loved seeing the palm trees lol, I've never been to LA/California so it was a nice little bonus even though you can see them on so many videos if you just look it up.
I subbed a little while ago and love watching these videos. I can't wait to see more!
I love this mall setup, its just unfortunate that its just pretending to be a shoppable neighborhood. America just went down the wrong "road" and made the suburban parking lot hellscape that makes it ugly and unsustainable.
ОтветитьI'd love to see this mall at night.
ОтветитьThat place is so busy during the week. Even Friday and Saturday nights it's still pretty busy.
ОтветитьMy favorite outdoor mall still is waterside shops in Naples, Florida. Even though they stupidly redesigned it and it is not as nice as it once was, it is still really nice. They opened it up more and made it easier to get over the water. Features is what they did and added a parking garage. The first time I went there after it was renovated I got lost.
ОтветитьFountain cam is relaxing.
Ответитьi read As You Wish and thought of The Princess Bride lol
ОтветитьFor something totally at the other end of the scale you should do a story on the Mesa Outdoor market and get a $4.00 breakfast
Ответитьthe jumping fountain screams 2000's vibes
ОтветитьI like Tempe marketplace. There was this one time during 2020 COVID quarantine period I was there hanging out on my day off in the middle of the week and it was kinda warm out for May, this random dog was off his owner's leash, jumped into one of the water fountains near Barnes and Nobles and was juat happily splashing around.
ОтветитьI wonder how many people think you’re homeless when they see you dip your hand/camera in the fountains.
