Will a change in leadership help ETH?

ETH died when it pivoted from proof-of-work to proof of stake.Vitali took his $billions. He sold-out to tradfi.

⚠️⚠️ no nothing can help ETH till people and industries start using it for its USE CASE ETH is being treated like BTC when it’s not!! ETH has a good use case but NOBODY is using it for that reason it will continue to lose value ❤❤

I doubt it'll make much difference, the competition is strong at the moment, with platforms like Ripple and Vaulta amongst others boasting quite similar qualities, but with more efficiency and cost effectiveness. Ethereum needs more than a change in board members
