You know, I believe that the burning of incense was more for the purpose of removing oxygen from the tomb to help with the mummification process. Smoked meat has been found from over 2000 years ago in caves its just a thought.

You have to wonder what was happening in Africa this whole time. I mean as rich as the lands were no one has bothered to investigate just how old the settlements in Africa are. Its such a shame.

i really don't get it that how even the most respected researchers use the "over population" trope uncritically. Now it feels like that the idea was already present even way before garrett hardin's tragedy of the commons used it in modern day enviornmentalism where the idea of 'over population' plays an important role.

Do you really think that any remnants of the original Jericho would have survived the Noahic flood? I doubt any walls, towers, steps pottery or any evidence of a city 9000-100000 years old would be there for anyone to discover

Oh i see, so you're going to just push the one-sided tourist friendly narrative of "Goebekli Tepe was a religious site" huh? You go on like an automaton about how "more is learned (about G. Tepe) each year", but then spout only the "acceptable" rote about what it allegedly was, not even giving any consideration at all to the recent finds and idea that it was in fact most likely a site of communal living. The tools and evidence of living quarters (dwellings) that have been excavated, suggest so very strongly. But we wouldn't want to run afoul of the "acceptable" canon of what G. Tepe allegedly was now would we?
Furthermore, you contradict yourself. You place the beginning of Jericho at around 10K BC and say it was "one of the earliest occurrences of animal domestication and farming" but then moments later imply that G. Tepe (a strictly religious site according to you) was where peoples of the surrounding communities (including Jericho) would come to "worship at" and then take home grains and knowledge of farming practices. But you also show G. Tepe as dating back to around 10k BC. The same timeline as Jericho. How then does your theory make any sense if they were contemporary equals in terms of how old they are?

Thumbs down to this compilation of speculative conjecture and one-sided "account" of ancient human history.

First of all answer this question:
Does the Bible or even the Quran have the Real Holy Spirit in any of them? If no then the holy books and Jericho are blatant and cowardly lies to trap the ignorant and stubborn because they have been brainwashed and are stupid.

I believe the people met up with each other because of the need to be among people you can connect with or a clan coming together! Everything was spiritual because of the great mystery that surrounds the people! Hence the leaders were very spiritual in the beginning of all communities!

FACT: RADIOCARBON DATING IS NOWHERE NEAR ACCURATE…
FACT: ONLY NATURAL ITEMS CAN BE DATED WITHIN 60% OF THEIR AGE…
FACT: WHEN A CLAY TABLET WAS ACTUALLY MANUFACTURED OR SCRIBED UPON CANNOT BE CARBON DATED…
FACT: DATING A MANUFACTURING PERIOD CAN ONLY BE ESTIMATED AT BEST…

Note: Before Gobekli Tepe was suddenly revealed, the city of Ur was listed as the oldest city settlement…
However, Ur appears to be a large walled pit.

As of late, Gobekli Tepe has been questioned as being constructed sometime in the last couple of decades… The purpose being to force Islam as the proper religion…
Hence, the reason why the destruction of a multitude of ancient structures and modern statues… Simply stated, erase the history and create a new history for global power…

Let's make something clear. Documentaries like this are extremely deceptive. Firstly, ancient Biblical Jericho was inhabited by giants not humans. Excavations into Jericho found remnants of giants' habitation, and that's the real reason why they were wiped out. In the past that whole region was inhabited by giants according to the Bible. To date, Sumeria is the oldest HUMAN city on Earth.

so i'm very late to the party here and enjoying these videos a lot - BUT, i have to ask...... If the Tower of Jericho took 11000 hours and a substantial, dedicated workforce drawn from an established agricultural community, then how was the much larger, much older and far more complex Gobekli Tepe built by hunter gatherers......? - doesn't add-up......

Why is the word Palestine used?? I thought it was called Canaan. It was the 2 century A.D. when Rome renamed it Palestine. Before that it was named Judah and Israel. Gaza was named Philistia. Philistines were not Arabs. They were sea invaders of Ancient Greece.
