PLEASE I TRIED TO DO THE LIVENESS CHECK TODAY, AND IT JUST KEPT LOADING, DIDN'T BRING UP ANYTHING.. CHANGED MY NETWORK, AND NOW IT'S GONE..

Good work I was pass kyc but before two week ago. My kyc back to tentative

My own Liveness Check popped up one certain time but was at night and no light for that so I clicked on I'll do it later.Up till now it never pop out again. Hope it will pop out again so that my KYC will be completed. For almost 1yr i did my KYC now. Am suggesting making the Liveness check available for clicking by urself rather than popping out for faster verification.

I've done KYC liveness...almost 3 weeks...but there hasn't been any change but KYC is still tentative

I have done KYC since March 31 2023 until now the KYC on my account rudikka78 has not been successful, it still has Tentative KYC status, in May 2024 I have taken live selfie photos twice, and in June 2024 I have done live selfie photos once, but until now KYC on my account rudikka78 has not been successful. KYC is still in Tentative KYC status, what's wrong with my Pi Network account please tell us via email or what's app, or Facebook or SMS or I was called directly by the Indonesian core team representative using Indonesian according to the citizenship status of Indonesian Pioneers

When I've passed kyc before,it doesn't need to have liveness checks

Thank you. But the coreteam should be informed of difficulties WE are facing. Our network IS weak, it doesn't allow the hole liveness to be accomplished. Also, peoples with small mobile phones don't pass the liveness ! But they have been kyced succesfully, and still mining untill now. So, WE should Ask to thé pi coreteam to verify us by another way.
