F2l is easy to learned when you watch jperm but when you watch someone else it confusesing to learned luckilly jperms here

ur cfop methods make me go from 45 secs to 17 secs

My solved have been lingering at around 45 seconds, due to my f2l cases being long and similar in style, these videos are helping me a lot!

So if we want to avoid rotation, how can we do if the color is on the right side or back? Always use R or R2 to get them to the front?

My idea of practice:

Solve cross normal, and do every single f2l pair as efficient as possible, refer back to this video to see if I did it right. Is that a good idea? I'm trying not to look at too many tutorials/learn to many methods of practice and confuse myself.
