ОтветитьThey make these in a Cafe in Duleek - they call them ‘Vegan Snickers’ and I always get them when I stop by on my bike rides. I’m so glad I found the original recipe now and can make them myself!!!

250g cashews
2tbsp cacao powder
150g dates
2tbsp coconut oil
Middle:
250g dates
150g peanut butter
2tbsp coconut oil (he used 6!)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 tbsp water
Generous pinch salt
Top:
300g dark chocolate
Flaked sea salt
Cool/set in the fridge. Heat knife with hot water so blade cuts through like butter.
Oooooo nice tip on the baking paper!!!
