those lux q were on point the acc was way above average.

Eclipse no longer gives omivamp, it now give haste, some of the stats that the items got changed show is buggy because they don't entirely show the new changes, but they are shown in the patch notes for anyone who wants to know what happened

I basically one-trick Quinn Jungle since S13 started, and here's my experience and opinions so far:
Realistically, Shieldbow kinda sucks on Quinn Jungle (and just Quinn in general the last couple seasons), she lacks damage quite a bit with Tanks becoming more and more popular. You need some oomph in your items to back her up- so you'll usually want Kraken->Bork->LDR; can sub in Galeforce or switch a Collector somewhere in there if the team is squishy and you need to grab shutdowns.
Eclipse is an option if you really love murder bird playstyle, but your clears are going to be abysmal- especially without having a Noonquiver early on. And against Tank heavy type teams, Kraken->BorK is a much stronger opening build.
If you run Fleet Footwork, you can typically run any first clear farm route you like relatively healthy without burning the potion (even full clears, but 6 camps is too slow to contest Scuttler against meta jungle clears) and your chase downs in ganks are a little stronger and you'll be more slippery off of harrier marks and empowered Fleet. I can't possibly figure out the use of Lethal Tempo over Fleet or Press the Attack as a Jungle Quinn.
Blue Trinket is mostly unnecessary due to Quinn's Ult's ridiculous move-speed, but they're all kinda situational on her; only take Red Trinket if they have very little CC to pin you and you think you'll be dueling a lot of the carries though.
She's a real niche champion that can win almost any fair (and even some unfair) duels if you outplay with Q and E, but she also almost requires you to outplay to win said duels due to her shorter range and general squishy-ness. But it's very satisfying killing a fed enemy ADC because they were too near-sighted to fight back.

The thing on this vid is low elo players tend to do this build and gameplay and they adapt bad habits (staying on enormous gold and doesnt bother resetting). They don't have the macro and see that this vid is limit testing and they still do it ending losing the game with bad mentality.
