Hate to say she's terribly not wrong about the ambiguous instructions the cops will give for dui tests, and the reasons they will claim someone has failed a single portion of the test. Got off my 2nd job at 6am, a construction truck burns through a California stop and cuts me off and i swerve to avoid him hitting me while having right off way, i get pulled over 2 miles later. In my work uniform, i get tested after 10 minutes of questions and a claim i look like I've been drinking, I've been up 17 hours btw and am extraordinarily tired, but did nothing wrong, but i comply even though i "didn't smell off alcohol". Field tests commence, and i stumbled once while doing the heel to toe, and they said said 9 steps was to be followed by a certain type of turn around that i didn't do before returning even after asking the officer how to verbalize my steps, how fast, and how to turn, to which he replied, "i just told you, do you have any questions?" and i repeated my question because of his specific interpretable phrasing and he again didn't repeat his directions and asked if i had any questions... he asked me to do the one leg stand head upwards and balance, which i also can't do, equilibrium neurological issues due to seizures years back, kind of like living with mild vertigo. Decided i failed, searched my car, but there was nothing. Handcuffs and a trip to the hospital for a BAC breath and blood work up, both of which showed zero. Still taken to jail and released 6 hours later and car taken to the impound. Released and given a bus ticket to get back to the nearest bus stop to my first job, only to be fired for not having their uniform and being late by half an hour because it's 1 town away from the jail and more than a mile from the bus stop, and then i got to court that dash cam showed i only swerved to avoid someone stealing my right of way, "failing" my field sobriety tests for being tired and not clearly understanding the directions, had to pay the impound for the 4 days which they wouldn't change, but all charges dropped... that was what they called justice.
She's not wrong, but she was not right to abuse being not wrong about the fact cops abuse dui tests and manipulate drug dogs

Man this guy sucks.. SilkRoad is needed for the everyday people and usually only accessible for the rich and powerfully connected people of the world.. cause it’s all still accessible to them just not to the average people

It's a security feature. He's breaking the law for these people. Having their real ID would give him at least a little protection
