congrats Winston on becoming the new top 12 yr old in the nation!
ОтветитьGrunting already at such a young age. what a bad habit
ОтветитьNice video thanks for sharing. What software did you use for editing the scores? Cheers!
Ответитьplay more once he gets 13, to me kids at 13 is turning point of age.. the kid that I played, when he was 12, we were neck and neck then after 13, he start to blew me over 6-0 6-0... he end up playing U of Arizona later one. good match! I enjoy watching!
Ответить😂😂
ОтветитьBoth hit a really good ball. Interesting to see Adrian playing when he fills out and becomes stronger and faster.
Winston, you have a great game too. I think its just the odd unforced error that hampered you. Your forehand is a weapon but notice the errors come when you just use your arm to hit the forehand instead of your whole body and hitting through with your hips. One last thing i noticed is you can get caught out of court running around your backhand too much and leaving the wide ball to your forehand open. Your backhand is rock solid and i think you need to back yourself on the backhand more as you hit alot less unforced errors on the backhand. Not knocking you, just a couple of things i think would help your game alot.
Interesting video 👍
Was really rooting for the boy!! Great game!
ОтветитьThe key to edging this kid was peppering his two-hander relentlessly crosscourt with strong spin; clearly it stretched the kid out of position and tired him because of the extra muscle he needed to deal with the high bounce and then recover the center of the court. Even so, the kid was persistent and savvy—if not for some random errors due to the stamina factor, he could just as easily have won the tiebreak. He had better luck when he flattened his forehand out to prevent Winston from taking advantage of the backhand, but until he gets taller and stronger, I don’t the think the kid could have done a whole lot more to neutralize Winston’s backhand barrage. He didn’t seem confident in his backhand-down-the-line, which is understandable because of his height at twelve. Superb court-sense and smart use of drop shots, though. Wicked forehand and speed, overall, for a youngster. Cool to watch. When he gets some height and muscle to empower his serve and really be able to take topspin backhands on the rise with extra mustard … Au Revoir, Winston!
ОтветитьFun video, I've always wondered what the outcome of a match like this would be
Ответитьdid anyone notice that grabrialla price is in the background
ОтветитьThe kid did pretty well considering the huge height disadvantage when serving. Winston was able to return from the baseline or even a short step inside the court.
Ответитьse las devolviste casi todas al cuerpo. te faltaron tiros ganadores.
Ответитьi don't know about the fact that he has a utr of 8. He hits well, not the best.
ОтветитьThat was a good set. Both played well. Of course, the 12 yr. old, in about 1-2 years, when he has a growth spurt, will win every time they play.
ОтветитьThis kid is already a terrible human being. Kids like this never make it, they just fade into the #3 spot on a D1 team.
ОтветитьHe is really great
Ответитьi wanna play you
ОтветитьWow I can’t believe Winston won. Usually Winston is mentally weak and loses before the match starts. But he played solid and made the kid work hard for most points. The12 year old needs to work on his mental game. No reason why a top 12 year old in the nation loses a single game to Winston.
ОтветитьThis "Top" 12 years old tennis player is average, for an adult player that play good is easy to beat him 6/0 or maybe 6/1, years ago when I was 18 years old, I beat the 14 years old number 1 in the world 6/0 6/0 in an open tournament.
ОтветитьHard to believe a 12 year old could be that good. Well done !
ОтветитьTennis is great that a small 12 yr old can keep up with an adult. If it was basketball the smaller kid would have no chance.
ОтветитьI love the 12yo vibe
He’s going to be fun to watch
Great high level tennis by both players! Adrian might talk more smack than he should but his talent is undeniable. There are a lot of young phenoms with technique and strength beyond their years but Adrian was even more impressive with his shot tolerance, anticipation, court movement and point development. His tennis IQ is pretty developed for a 12 year old kid. He understands court positioning and he has the tools to control his opponent. When he grows a bit and his serve matches the rest of his game watch out! Get his autograph now!
Ответитьhe should play ethan
ОтветитьI liked a LOT about Adrian's game! He kept coming back to move the ball around and often controlled the play. A lot of focus and energy on the court! Hope to see a lot of him in the future!
ОтветитьMy Utr is like 1😂
ОтветитьThis 12 year old has legs like a bison.. crazy!
ОтветитьNot that it matters much but tactically if the kid hit more inside out forehands and ran round the backhand just a little more he would have won the set.
ОтветитьNice Kid - not too much drama :)
ОтветитьHe needs to change to the Rafa racquet. More feel on the ball
ОтветитьAdrian is abit sloppy, still needs work. Surprised he's a top player for his age. Comparing to my generation of U/12's, he hits a pretty big forehand but other than that, not sure. Needs more shape on his balls. Still abit underdeveloped for his age.
ОтветитьCap
He aint a 8 UTR
No 8UtR player double faults and if u r the best in the State then thats sad
You can give me a racket I'm in srilanka but I have no money to bring a new racket
Ответитьthis little bro's forehand, Adrian held tough and had endless wheels because he seemed to have to work double or triple the steps. I thought high to the bh out the gate and it worked for the most part but staying away from Adrian's FH was key, he knew when to go for winners and opened angles up.. great match all around, Winston definitely was being patient a lot of looks also impressive.. it would be hard to try to hit this kid off the court and still have enough gas to finish.
ОтветитьBRO GO TO THE NET
ОтветитьGarbage
Ответитьshota ball
Ответитьyea Winston seems more like a 5.0 tbh
love the kid’s confidence for his age
hope it takes him far
I love this angle, clear to see how much topspin you put, and it's insane! I wish you had coach or a tips videos on that as well
ОтветитьThat was a highly enjoyable match, great rallies and great winners, thanks and well done to both of you! Adrian has a great forehand and some of the winners he ripped were really impressive and without fear in pressure situations and had me saying "Nice shot kid!"
ОтветитьThe kids got game!
ОтветитьBy "Battery", did You mean "Stamina"😀
ОтветитьOn Adrians forehand, he finishes with the racket ending up by his waist, he should be following through over his shoulder.
ОтветитьYou should play pickle all. You’ll earn a ton of $$
ОтветитьThat little kid is a trash talker. Lol
ОтветитьThe kid is nice but at his age he should be playing other sports also . Team sports
Ответитьwhat camera do you use?
ОтветитьYour lack of depth is astonishing. Seems like 90% of shots FH shots fall around the service line. Plus they lack pace.
Ответитьlil young buck so cocky. he'll learn though! haha
ОтветитьPeople are in here talking shit about a 12 year old boy. 99% of 12 year old boys are obnoxious by nature. This kid actually has a talent to back up his arrogance. Wish I could say the same for a lot of you.
