Excellente Et Aesthetics.....Heil!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing ❤
ОтветитьThis is interesting! Where are you located? I live in Atlanta, Georgia and am looking at what my options are to fix a broken molar. About 1/4 of it broke off the other night. It does not hurt but I can definitely tell there is a jagged edge and a piece missing and I can see it. I would rather not get a traditional crown or have it pulled if at all possible. The ceramic sounds like the safest option health-wise and to save the tooth. Do you know of any dentists you can recommend who use these techniques who are in the Atlanta area?
ОтветитьI have problems with temporary onlays. I used technique which is etched and flowable. Any other ideas to make these onlay temps stay?
ОтветитьYou are just the best❤
Ответитьyou're really good at lecturing thank you!
ОтветитьNice lecture... very informative
ОтветитьThank you for such productive informative excellent webinar
Ответитьrefreshing! thank you
ОтветитьReally enjoyed the webinar! But i have some concern about the first cracked tooth you showed. From my perspective the thickness of walls in distal part of the tooth are thin +the crack, according to what you say the material will give the occusal force on the tooth walls. So won't it accelerate the crack? Besides it went deep. Wouldn't it be better to resume the height od distal walk and distal cuspa in this case?
Ответитьthe last case that is shown would you have done the same if non vitel tooth? or if patient is a bruxer?
ОтветитьHey great work
Why you didn’t remove the distal crack in case number 1
Amazing presentation
ОтветитьGod bless you many thanks to your vids and superior illustrations

ОтветитьGood webminar doc, thanks
ОтветитьThank you for your wonderful video Dr. Just wondering what do you think of “Zirconia” is it considered to be a good choice for onlays ? Thank you again
ОтветитьRespect to you. I love seeing people who are passionate about what they do. I’m not sure if dentists know how important their work is.
ОтветитьWhat is the so-called C-factor?
ОтветитьThank you , -another amazing tutorial, quick question for these onlay/ overlay cases do you prefer to take a traditional silicone impression, or do you think that a digital scan with primescan and restorations made on printed model would have similar marginal integrity, the reason I ask is I would like to check the occlusion on an articulator before cementation, ,
ОтветитьSo you never ever do crowns and endocrowns? The over reliance on IDS is scary like the last case you've shown. Do you do IDS before or after endodontic treatment?
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video .. you solved a lot of problems in my mind ❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьWhat. about endocrown preparation?
ОтветитьI didn't watch the entire video but did you cover gold inlays/onlays? Or do you do any gold restorations?

Kust a question: when the height of the walls is more than the width and you do composite build-up to elevate the floor of the cavity, Do you recommend elevating the proximal margin? or you leave the proximal 1.5 - 2mm without elevation to bond to enamel?
Thank you for sharing your knowledge
