Been doing kickboxing for 7 month but i thought i couldn't do this at the end of training and yet i did it all same time with you only 5 burpees and knee push ups and i am super proud of myself 😂❤️
I’m 30lbs over weight with trash knees. Couldn’t do the punch hops. But I can do the rest
