Americans weird me out. None of those things are sandwiches. That's 5 burgers. McDonald's does not sell sandwiches. They're round buns, with thick patties/pieces of meat... so burgers. Pizzas are not pies. Spaghetti is not noodles. Shepherds pie is made with lamb not beef. Grilled cheese? Where's toast in that name. You don't just grill some cheese.

If I'm FEELING a little frosty

Even at my most gluttonous, when I was absolutely starving, I have never ordered 7 sandwiches for myself. I think the most I ever ordered was this one time where I ordered 3 value cheeseburgers, 2 McChickens, and fries. I think I was only able to finish 3 of the sandwiches. Even one sandwich from McDonald's makes me feel kind of ill nowadays. McDonald's is also about 3 times as expensive as the good ol' days.

I actually know a guy like this. He’s 4’11 and straight up skeletal, and his McDonald’s order is 2 McDoubles, a 10 piece chicken nugget, and a large fry. Usually ice cream too. Terrifying little man.

Did the math. Big Mac + 4 McChickens + 10 nuggets is 2,471 calories. Less than I thought to be honest. This assumes he’s not getting a drink though

My order is a bacon McDouble with light mayo extra pickles no shredded onions and extra bacons, some large fries extra salt and a small shake.. I just use the machine to make it easier on the workers but it’s perfection to me
