So Brian are you saying that G6 is just an Em?
ОтветитьBrian's lessons offer so much more than others I've seen. They're clear, concise demonstrations that I can actually follow....
ОтветитьThis is what Ive been missing. I started learning with bar chords first. Its bringing things together. Lightbulb did turn on. 💡
ОтветитьJESUS LOVES YOU...!
GOD BLESS YOU...!
I don't understand how it's a 9 chord. I get the 6th chord because it's minor but if I move it two frets downward isn't that technically and minor 5th?
ОтветитьAlso, do the dom 7 triads not have a root note?
ОтветитьWait .. so when your saying these 6 and 9 chords.. example ( g6 and g9).your saying the g6 is actually an e minor triad? And the g9 is two frets back. Would make it a d minor triad?
ОтветитьHow do I get the tab and jam tracks
Ответитьthank you
ОтветитьDo you sell the PDFs without becoming a premium member? If so, how do I buy them?
ОтветитьThis channel is great
ОтветитьThis lesson cannot be understood clearly because it's simultaneously texted in spanish and the text covers the patterns shown by Brian
ОтветитьNao entendi a parte dos acorde 6 e 9. Vc usou as mesmas notas dos acordes maiores e menores e chamou de 9 e 6?
ОтветитьThanks excellent breakdown great lesson😊
ОтветитьExcellent Lesson. Very clearly explained and demonstrated. (If I wasn't already subscribed, I would)
ОтветитьMany thanks , great lesson , great teacher
ОтветитьLike I'm gonna remember any of this. Geez!
ОтветитьTks Brian. I have recently got into the whole Triad deal to move on from open chords. Old guy battling with the learning process.
Wow, this is a great lesson!
I am a member and the benefits of the pdf downloads and backing tracks is enormous ….. would recommend it, valuable.
Again, Tks for the effort with the backup material.
I'm curious what model Gibson He is playing? No cutaway, so is the guitar designed for rhythm playing? I wish I had had access to his style of teaching years, years ago, cuz my playing has improved amazingly well for me, premium member, well that is a biased opinion. I only play guitar when alone, except for the dogs who are my audience. I might even have been tempted to quit my day job. Hahaha
ОтветитьThat guitar sounds so sweet…
ОтветитьI wondered for years how rhythm guitar guys in bar bands didn't play full chords now I know what they are doing.....will learn all these triads.....Great lesson..
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьExcellent! Thought I knew triads -- thanks for taking me to the next level!
ОтветитьYou got my attention for them pretty slides. I like elements I can do. And I had to learn triads anyway. Dude, you keep blowing me away. It was a ton to digest but you laid it out so simply.
ОтветитьIf you guys aren’t premium member s do it now this guy is the man that explain s things properly..not like these other mad men that starts playing mad scales all over the place !! This guy is top class simple is the way forward and build on that cheers Brian Ireland 🇮🇪
ОтветитьI think there should be a correction at 18.24. He says A6 to A9 but I think he means C6 to C9?
ОтветитьI’m mainly a bluegrass flat picker. How do triads work for that type of music, and are they that important for this type of music?
ОтветитьStupid is stupid does. My question was stupid
ОтветитьOkay, in the 9 chord that is the relative, there isn’t a G note? Or am I missing something? Sounds great! Great videos from the triad master! That’s you
ОтветитьEPIC !!!!!! No-one explains it as perfectly and simply as Brian - Every aspiring guitarist who wants to be able to jam or hold their own in a band should master this simple lesson (and EP399 that follows up) - Look no further .....in my opinion, this ( along with CAGED, and Major / Minor pentonics connected to each chord shape) is the core to everything you need to know to play rhythm and a bit of lead ... (modes and arpeggios can follow if you choose) .... learn it, understand it , analyse it , absorb it, master it in each key , live it for a few weeks and make it your own and you will be well on your way.... two lessons - two steps to heaven..... Big ups to my AM brother !
ОтветитьThis was an eye-opening episode for me, especially after downloading the tabs for the major and minor triads. There's a simple pattern to each chord that I didn't catch during the episode. Thank you!
ОтветитьChromatic walk down, thanks.
ОтветитьAwesome lesson full of goodies!! Wow... I will be studying this one!! Thank you for this lesson!! :-)
ОтветитьBrilliant without doubt, but too complex for me sadly..
ОтветитьIf playing a Gmaj chord over a Emin triad gives me a G6. Does playing a Emin chord over a G maj triad also give me a G6?
ОтветитьP
ОтветитьPacked with info! Thanks a million!
ОтветитьI thought that dog was real😩🤣
Ответитьwhere's part 2 of this? what episode number?
ОтветитьLove that music dog in the background. He's abc or cbs dog from way back.
