my gtx 970 seems contrary than this results. my card struggling on dx12. is that because of pascal technology?

Yeah... i got the EXACT same result with DirectX 12 API. My GPU is Palit GTX 1070 Super Jetstream and the CPU is i5-6600K. The framerate for DirectX 12 is far more better, smoother and stable compared to DirectX 11

What does DX12 do ? Sorry I'm still confusing with DX11 and DX12.
