Welcome back to Feedback Fridays by Fluidride Mountain Bike Instruction. In this video, we look at improving body position for jumping.

A key element for jumping is being in a body position where you are able to get compression through your legs. If you are crouched down too low (or standing up too straight or rigid), your body will be inhibited in pushing through your suspension properly.
