Start thinking in weights you are able to lift, time you are able to walk fast or run and the amount and kind of calories you eat. FORGET BODYWEIGHT, that's so stupid. My bmi is very high but my BFP is 12%.

I also think the Restaurant industry would tank if 90 percent of Americans were within the BMI guidelines.
ОтветитьI bet that if you took all adult Americans and subtracted the number who have cancer or some other condition that would cause weight loss, 90% of them would be overweight according to the BMI standard.

ОтветитьI guess anyone who's muscular is obese best way to know is your waist size should be less then half your height in inches if you are 5ft 8 = 68 inches then waist should be less than 34 inches
ОтветитьBMI is obsolete. I run 40-50 miles a week, as fit as I've ever been with 11 percent body fat, and yet based on this chart I'm considered overweight...since I'm 6'0 height and weigh 205lbs,, where I have a tone body. The medical community should revise this metric.

ОтветитьI force ate to make my face look less gaunt. I was 140 for most of my 30s. I got sick and got to 99 pounds. I was healthy again at 115, but my face look awful. So i force ate to 124. Im 5"3.5 and 124 pounds now. Not sure if this was a bad decision. My BMI is 22

ОтветитьU just lost all credibility using bmi ...I got a six pack and according to bmi, I'm overweight...and then u mention cholesterol...when theres so much published information that proves cholesterol is not the cause of heart attacks.....HDL and LDL are lipo-proteins....theres no such thing as good or bad cholesterol....way to go, u fuckin parrot
ОтветитьI’m obese like my bmi is 32 . Something and my cholesterol is normal. Yes I had it checked just not making up that I have normal cholesterol.
