If your poop is a big coming out try drinking alot of water you make be dehydrated

I seen a comment someone saying they spent 20 mins in the toilet . I can make you feel better by saying I’ve been on the toilet for 2 hours
“1 hour 30 mins” and than I had a hour brake . Than I woke up and had to go poop and luckily it was liquid

this is what I’m doing : : liquids !! , warm water helps ALOT and gets a few pebbles out, prune/plum juice , and some normal constipation medicine since it helps, but the first 2 instructions work, along with this video!

Ok but the stool one really pushed my poop really fast

All I do is healthy stuff. Gym 5 times a week. Over a gallon of water a day. I’ve done every tip known to man. Never once did the knee raising work. Nothing works. Multiple doctors, GI , hospital visits. No one has an answer. Everyday is an absolute nightmare
