Porfell Wildlife Sanctuary, Cornwall | Giving exotic & wild animals a forever home

We decided to spend a day at Porfell - a wildlife park with a difference. All the animals at Porfell have arrived here in need of care or have become too old to live at other zoos. Porfell provides these animals with a safe haven to live out their lives, something we wanted to support so we headed over to Trecangate, Porfell, Liskeard (PL14 4RE) to check out the sanctuary.

Established in 1989 by dedicated founders John and Joy Palmer, this haven has been offering help and shelter to vulnerable animals for over three decades.

Admission prices at the time of filming:
Adult £12.50
Child (Age 3-15) £9.50
Senior Citizen £10.50
Family ticket (2+2) £41.00
Under 3's free
