I honestly dont think energy drinks are any less healthy than pre workouts. Pre workouts have so much chemicals in them. Atleast in Canada supplementary foods have to go through a process, so in the u.s every influencer in the world has their own line of protein or pre workouts, while in canada 99% of those dont make it into the country, supplements here are treated like pharmacuticals so they have to go through a process and hit all the checks before they get sold here, same goes with energy drinks. In the u.s they have way more energy drinks then canada even if theyre the same brand, like cerftain flavours of monster or of reign or rockstar dont make it into the country cause they dont pass the food saftey laws.

I keep buying blueberry muffins just because i love cake, but I hate vanilla flavored anything and for some reason blueberry muffins taste like vanilla and zero blueberries

I always remove the butter & cheese from a sausage & egg mcmuffin. I can't stand processed cheese and don't feel it belongs on a breakfast sandwich and the butter is just pointless - it saves almost 100 cal and gets rid of a fair bit of saturated fat. & I genuinely think it tastes better that way!

Am I missing something? Is a monster (zero sugar) any worse or better than a pre-workout? IMO those ultra zero monsters are decent in moderation. But wanted to get input from others..
