Guys, the PS4 PRO has some color configurations applied I think because default GT7 colors don't look that vibrant by default. You can change some color settings in configurations like contrast, saturation, brughtness etc. to make it look that way, and you can even do that in a normal PS4 so it does look a bit better! And the best part is that you dont lose fps 🗿

The impression I got is that on the PS4 Pro the graphics are better than on the PS5 - especially the lighting. On PS4 Pro the colors are more vivid and bright!

The ps4 has higher framed rates because that game is the ps4 version of this game if it was the ps5 it would do like 98 or 110

honestly, loading from the ps home screen to in game menu in 45 seconds is pretty impressive for a base ps4.

I just upgraded to ps5 version from the ps4 version on my ps5 for $10.00 on the ps store I hope it looks better for what I paid I have had the game on launch day on my old ps4 pro since last year I think you might notice a difference when looking at a actual 4KTV screen.

The difference is not huge, but the VR mode on PS5 is a game changer now.

lol... Ps1 to Ps2 = Massive leap in graphics which was astonishing.
Ps2 to Ps3 = again a pretty big leap in graphics and arrival of HD gaming on consoles.
Ps3 to Ps4 = noticeable improvement, mostly.
Ps4 to Ps4 Pro = barely noticeable unless you know exactly what you are looking for.
Ps4 Pro to Ps5 = maybe in a few years we will see a significant gain in graphics, but mostly just the same as Ps4 Pro but sharper and smoother.
I think we are closing in the limit of what silicone chips/transistor based integrated circuits can achieve. Scary.
Even the Dreamcast was more impressive back then than the PS5, I love Sony but things have slowed down a lot.
Even by the time the GC and Xbox hit the shelves we were used to the new gen with PS2 and Dreamcast so they weren't that impressive either.

Literally a handful of small mods and Assetto Corsa (2014) looks better than this, and has supported VR since forever.

Yes the ps4 pro holds up but there's nothing like racing with the psvr2 on ps5. I've seen games on the ps5 where you couldn't tell the differences between cut scenes. Guardians of the Galaxy for an example
