At 2967m above sea level, you take the longest unsupported cable car span in the world to a platform in the clouds.
Everything about this place screams engineering and ingenuity. Like hitler’s Eagle’s Nest, the building feels completely unnecessary but they did it because they could.
The air was noticeably thinner too. I’m a relatively fit person and gym often but after going up even 1 flight of stairs here I was feeling puffed out. My body just couldn’t get enough oxygen!
We were incredibly lucky with the weather too. Little to no wind, no rain either!
It was a surreal feeling being in the clouds, but on land and my own two feet. I hope you all enjoy sharing the experience with me!
