Have the misfortune of having to fix a relatives Iphone. stuck on itunes is downloading the software. Completely frozen. Iphones are absolute cancer to use, I can't believe anyone willingly buys these devices.

This is a great video, u explained it well & i could hear you clearly, it took about 2 hrs because i used an old laptop, everything went great up till i had to verify passcode & email, well i don't remember it, so ill have to go to apple store.

What if the restore message doesn't pop up when you plug it in to your MacBook. What can I do?

Right now the only option you have is either to get device ID from the previous owner if not then the best recommendation you could get out here is 'Appleunlocks
