I’m so confused because I only experience connectivity issues in handheld mode and when I dock i have 0 issues. I’ll try some of these out but I’ve never heard anyone talk about my specific problem

For the future people: none of these tips worked for me. I did some searching and someone mentioned changing the channel of your wifi down to below 149 and that's what allowed my switch oled to find my network again. I'm still unsure as to why it suddenly disconnected and couldn't find my network all of a sudden, but definitely give this a try if the above tips don't work (I tried all of these 4 years ago when i first got my normal switch and it worked so the information here is absolutely valid.)

Funny that resetting my router caused the issue and had to use a different server for the work around.

If you have the problem at a hotel you can’t get the splash page to open.

Get the IT number from the front desk.

I didn’t think it would work and didn’t want to ask but I finally did after trying everything.

I walked in a blizzard for an Ethernet cable just to have front desk give me a number and within minutes I was online.

I was going to buy one of these from a guy on Craigslist and it just kept saying cannot connect so I didn't buy it

Another tip, check your wifi channel, since my switch is impported it doesn't work with all channel, so just entered my router and changed that.

All of these worked one by one. Every day my internet goes out again and I have to get a new way to re connect it I’ve gotten to the point where I can’t get it to connect at all. Even if I did it would go out again tmr what do I do???

None 9f them work but after sometime in took my switch near my router for the second time(1st time didn't work) it got connected

It's getting infuriating. My friends can connect to the wifi no problem but when I enter my password for the school I'm at it doesn't recognize it and refuses to take me to the security page where I can enter further details. Should not be rocket science to connect to the internet
